    An excellent adaptation of Burroughs cult postmodern novel about the effects of drug addiction. It's graphic film-making at its most extreme: giant mutating typewriter-bugs fill the screen throughout! Cronenberg has cleverly fashioned a story out of an unfilmable novel fusing elements of Burroughs own life with the fictional events. Naked Lunch is a dark odyssey into the realms of the psychic imagination and if you're up for a genuinely bizarre and original film then they don't rank higher than this!   0 out of 1 person found this review helpful
