    A vague overview of some strange individuals and evilly, coincidental events in Wisconsin between the 1890's to early 1900's.
    One woman who seems to have an obsession of smashing window's, getting caught and then released to continue smashing windows throughout the picture.
    The picture also features many other criminals from delinquent brothers who killed there father then run there ranch playing cowboys and indians for a month or two until court by sheriff.
    Although interesting the film just feeds us (the viewers) small snippets of seriously eerie stories that potentially could have lead to a mass genocide in Wisconsin back in the 1890's.
    A droll monotone narration by Ian Holm alleviates the film of any life and numbs your brain from about 00:20:69.
