This is a short(ish) documentary about the editing of the TV series 24. The cinematography is fine although the majority of the documentary focuses on interviews with little use of illustrative footage. The audience for this film was unclear. For the novice film-maker with few resources the discussion of the specialised roles and departments in a big studio would not perhaps be so useful. For the fan of the series without filming knowledge, this would be perhaps too technical. Finally for the advanced student who is working in a film studio this may offer some insights and indeed the question and answer session seems to involve this group. However even here, the documentary is too short. The documentary left me being impressed at the work that went into the shooting of 24 but a little puzzled at what else I should be getting from watching this.
