| About me: |
They call me Mister Craig. Or Ally, whatever. I live in a tedious, isolated village in Oxfordshire and I don't know what I'd do without the Internet. You can usually find me in a darkened room, or with a hat on my head, or both. My interests mostly lie in the fields of music and cinema. I have been single for over three years now, and it's becoming a drain on my happiness and sanity. My favourite music is by John Coltrane, Cardiacs, Deerhoof, Eric Dolphy and Tom Waits (from Swordfishtrombones onward). In the past year I discovered a love for cinema that had previously evaded me, particularly for classic-period film noir such as The Big Sleep, The Killers and Double Indemnity. If it's got Humphrey Bogart, I'll probably like it. I also enjoy Woody Allen films like Annie Hall, Radio Days and The Purple Rose of Cario. My favourite film is probably The Apartment. Since getting into film, I have less patience for television than my younger self did, but I will always love Futurama.
