    this film is a great companion to `a history of violence.` Viggo Mortenson plays Nikolai a driver for the russian mafia .Niaomi Watts plays Anna an innocent midwife caught up in the violence. It is a complex film and is extremely well acted. It has great extras about how the film was made. Violent yes but this is a violent world with its own code of honour.
