    You may be surprised to learn that this film is a mood film, not an action film. I would compare it more with 'Lost in Translation' than an alien film, so if you enjoyed that, you will almost certainly enjoy Monsters. My whole family watched and enjoyed this film and we consist of a 12 year boy to a 38 yr female. Its a good film, and all the better if you know what to expect.   2 out of 9 people found this review helpful
