I used to like this when I was younger but having watched it recently I just find it really disappointing and pretty rubbish to be honest. It's not too bad but as an 'adventure' it's pretty poor. The 'adventure' comprises of them travelling the world over the space of about 10 minutes (with a bare minimum of appreciation) then the kid wants to return home. It isn't a patch on ET, and can't hold a candle to the genuinely amazing adventures of the original star wars, lawrence of arabia or the master of adventure himself.... indiana jones. There are much better films than this i'm afraid. 0 out of 1 person found this review helpful
