[Highly rated reviewer]I am usually not one for 'girlie chick flick rom-com' things even at the best of times (or should I say worst?), but for some reason felt in the mood for one a couple of weeks ago so took a trip down the cinema to see this. I found it very unoriginal, boring, and rather lacking in all 'girlie chick flick rom-com' departments. It felt like a dozen films seen before rolled into one, but made for TV. Completely predictable and disappointing. I would like to sound more positive but am struggling to do so; ah ha - Siobhan Fallon was funny!

ChickFlick for Saturday afternoonBy a customer , 03 Dec 2012Really enjoyed this movie, great chemistry between the leads. Fun chickflick film, not a demanding storyline but hey it's great for a Saturday afternoon
Light EntertainmentBy a customer , 24 Apr 2012Saw this film previewed on TV one night. It appealed to me so I rented it. So Glad I did, a entertaining film, no special effects just a everyday story of everyday workers trying to keep their jobs.
Predictable, dissappointing and barely watchable.By a customer , 05 Nov 2011The basic storyline is a good idea, but it ends up being dull and predictable. Zwellweger and Connick Jr keep it watchable, however by the end I felt cheated that I had choosen to watch this instead of a more exciting choice.
good oneBy winbob (10 reviews) from Edinburgh , 01 Nov 2011enjoyed this film love renee zellweger although it was a pretty lame story and not the best written film she still managed to make me smile and at times giggle out loud.
Renee Zellweger...By a customer , 11 Oct 2011is the best thing about this film, unfortunately. Not her finest work but that has nothing to do with her obvious talent, more to do with the film's lack of movement, interest or surprise.
This film is very predictable and boring in places and is poorly scripted. Renee doesn't really have a lot to work with here!
Good points: Renee doing a bit of funny Bridget Jones-type falling over and flirting.
Bad points: Where do I start?
I'd advise that you give this one a miss.
