Customer ReviewBy a customer from UK , 23 Jun 2008It's good work out with gentle warm up and cool down exercises. I certainly got a sweat on (and I must cut out those pizzas).
I'm a big guy. Obese, not muscular! When I try to shimmy I wobble. But I could do most of these exercises. Sometimes I had to stop and grab a glass of water or take a break. But I certainly felt better afterwards.
The music is a bit cheesy in places but once you know the routines you can turn off the TV sound and put the radio on.

Beverley Callard is her usual nice self, and her music in her dvds are always varied between 80's to big band.
Starts with a warm up, cardio, weights (you don't have to use them) bums, legs and tums then a cooldown.
Good Solid Excercise DVDBy a customer from Surrey , 06 Jul 2006I've done this once now and besides all the shilly shally dancing around, when it came to the proper excercise and weights it was a good solid workout.
Carllard definately knows her stuff and the people in it are just like everyone else - not supermodels!
I would totally do this workout, and I will be doing it again!
