  This episodes focuses in on Jack and after a brief flash back to his childhood he goes out to rescue two people at sea.
  
  One of whom he rescues, the other he can't.
  
  Interestingly Helen is into astrology.
  
  They're running low on water.
  
  'Don't be a hero. You don't want to try and save everyone. Because when you fail, you just don't have what it takes!'
  
  Jack chases after the man in the suit and it turns out to be an image of his dad!
  
  In a flashback Jack's mum tells Jack to bring home his father.
  
  It turns out the remainder of the water has been nicked!
  
  Locke goes off into the jungle to find some water.
  
  As shown in his flashback Jack goes over to Australia to track down his father.
  
  Jack falls over a cliff face and his hanging on! Fortunately John Locke pulls him back up to safety!
  
  It seems that Helen and Charlie are forming a bond.
  
  - 'You don't scare me!'
  
  'If you wait.. a rat will always lead you to its hole.'
  
  Syed and Kate follow Sawyer back to his hidden supply of goods. But it turns out he traded his last two bottles of water for some fish, (it appears that he didn't steal the water).
  
  Locke sees the mystery in the Island that no-one else wants to talk about.
  
  In Jack's flashback we see that he identifies his dead father.
  
  It transpires that Jack brought his father back in his coffin on the plane. He finds the coffin in the jungle and it appears that he isn't in it!
  
  Jack returns to the camp and re-asserts his authority!
  
  'So how does it feel?'
  
  - 'How does what feel?'
  
  'Taking my place at the top of the most hated list!'
