An interesting start. I wonder what's going on?!

'You've got to make your own kind of music, even if nobody else sings along!'

John wants to get into the hatch and see what's going on.

'Why don't you want to go down there Jack?'

And Jack flashes back again, (different hair style!) We see the lady who Jack is eventually engaged to : 'She says she has to dance at her wedding!'

It looks like Vincent has disappeared!

It says Quarantine on the inside of the hatch door!

Shannon hallucinates and thinks she sees Walt!

    'Did you see it Kate?'

    - 'Then I guess we're both crazy!'

Hurley tells Jack the story about the numbers.

'What's that thing where doctors make you feel better just by talking to you?'

    - 'Bedside manner.'

    'Yours sucks dude!'

(Flashback) : As we've seen previously Jack is going to perform an operation on that lady but as he explains to her the likelihood of her getting any feeling again is slight.

'You might want to hand out some hope once in a while!'

Jack tells everyone about the hatch.

Change of tune as per his flashback Jack tells everyone that they're gonna be okay!

John Locke decides to go down the hatch.

    'I'm getting some cable.'

    - 'What for?'

'Its for the hatch I'm going in.'

I've just got a feeling that the second series is going to be a lot more interesting.

(Flashback) : Jack talks to Sarah's fiance and says the situation might be bleak.

'Its okay I know I'm not going to be dancing any more.'

Kate wants to go into the hatch too.

'I was expecting to find you half down there by now.'

    - 'I was waiting for you.'

'What do I say if I need to stop?!'

    - 'Stop!' (As I thought!)

Kate does into the hatch first.

Some sort of bright light comes out from the hatch and Kate disappears.

John Locke seems to have disappeared too and Jack goes down after them.

'That situation would be a miracle.'

    - 'Then you don't believe in miracles.'

Jack finds John Locke down the hatch but someone else is pointing a gun at John Locke. - Who is it?!

(Flashback) : Perhaps Sarah's finance Kevin has disappeared.

Lost has a lot of scenes that really pull on your heart strings!

'Is this what you were talking about Locke. - Is this your destiny?!'

That was a really exciting first episode of the second series!

Have to say wasn't really feeling the first series for some reason. Then after finishing it had random withdrawal symptoms?! So started to watch the 2nd series and am pleased I did as it was much better than the first! A lot of explanations, and past episodes tie in to what goes on. Very well done. On to the 3rd series I go!

The first 3 seasons were my favourite. This episode is great, starts off the hatch story which is so interesting and shows flashbacks of jack which is all good stuff! I remember being soo hooked and eager to watched the next episode and find out what happens

Now is where it all starts to go wrong.

While the first series is good it is now that things get dragged out, more and more people, more and more questions yet no answers (at least not this series anyway)

if youve made it this far then well done but save yourself about 65 hours and leave it now before you get dissapointed!
