    I haven't written a review for Buffy yet and being 5 seasons in I think this is as good a point as any.

    This episode sums up all the reasons why Spike is my favourite character. I'm laughing all the time! :)

    I wasn't too keen on the flashback structure but it's really interesting to see the vamps back when they were younger. It wasn't one of the best episodes but there were some great moments which made this shine.

    although this episode is good it not my fav, however the development of spike good to watch, the ending of this episode really shows another side to him.

    I don't usually write reviews, only when I think something really deserves one. It was so interesting to learn more about Spike's past, how things came full circle and actually how Spike's character develops just in this encounter with Buffy. Most of the flashback scenes were sub-standard but as a whole, this episode's one of my favourites.
