I have a real soft spot for this series. I was really impressed the way they moulded sci-fi and western together and the chemistry between the characters was impressive.
My two favourite genres all in one and you can just tell that the actors had so much fun filming this.
If you have never watched Firefly then I recommend you don't, because you will only end up like the rest of us and hating the people responsible for this show being cancelled!- Was this review helpful to you?

By Pringle72 (3 reviews) , 06 May 2013I was told to watch this, but had put it off because the series had been cancelled after one season. So glad I found the time, fantastic series. Some studio head needs sacking for stopping this series. Once you have seen it, watch the film Serenity, as it will finish all the loose ends. Awesome- Was this review helpful to you?

Why the fans love Joss Whedon

I didn't get into Firefly until the second episode when I first saw it on DVD, then I was hooked. Then I was annoyed when I realised that this wasn't a full season. Studio cancelled it. So this is all you get (apart from the later movie), but it is well written and worth your time. Its shiny and all brown coats will tell you, the best series in the verse.- Was this review helpful to you?
