Top Workout!By a customer from London , 14 Mar 2005
[Highly rated reviewer]This dvd is an excellent introduction into this martial art. The style is very fluid, blending elements of karate, kickboxing, tai kwondo and dance, and easy to pick up. The dvd is structured so that you can continue to use it once your fitness level has increased by raising the frequency and intensity of the moves as demonstrated by the instructors on screen.
Fun to do and with a pumping soundtrack that will keep you motivated. Then once you've picked up the basics, look into attending one of the London based classes for some real live action!

boringBy melbacon (10 reviews) from Cheltenham , 28 Apr 2009im a kickboxer myself, and i found theres not much to do in this, not a good work out at all, ministry of sound pump it up is alot better.
Not great from amateur exercisersBy SmellySarah (5 reviews) from Leeds , 23 Feb 2009I do a lot of work out dvd's so though I'd try this as it looked a bit different. The warm up was okay but from then on it went down hill. After only about 10 mins of warm up and stretches it was down to pressups. My muscles were not even warm enough to even contemplate doing pressups. High kicks also came on very early in the warm up which if you're not used to or not flexible could cause a serious injury. I would not advise this dvd for people who are new to exercising and even to those who are used to it I would do your own warm up first to insure you don't injure yourself doing some of the moves.

Great WorkoutBy a customer from Ashford , 04 Nov 2008This gives you a really good workout! I enjoyed it so much I have gone out and bought it. The workout teaches you self defence as well as getting you fit. It gives you more than a normal aerobics workout will.
