A fantastic performance from a gifted singerBy John Mac from Bracknell, England , 16 Jun 2005
[Highly rated reviewer]Dido is the epitome of a gifted performer. Her voice is angelic and the music she writes is of a standard very few performers and writers will ever get to. This praise may seem lavish but after going to Brixton to see this gig I came out of it in awe and being only someone who used to occasionally listen to her music I now adore it. After watching the DVD you will see just how strong she is when live too. A great set of songs, a fine band and a good atmosphere of Brixton make for a truly superb gig. From the very funky 'Stoned' to the melodic 'Life for Rent' as well as the old favourites like 'Thank You' she commanded the stage from start to finish and interracted well with the audience. A true natural on stage as well as a great writer - a rarity in this world and a rarity demonstrated well in this DVD. I already want to go home and watch it again.

WonderfulBy a customer from Royston , 23 Dec 2008If you like Didio's songs, have a good surround sound set-up and appreciate listening/watching a group of very talented musicians go about their work, then you'll love this concert DVD.
It's that good, I immediately ordered my own copy (which also included a CD of the concert :-)
Good performance, video could be betterBy a customer from Bo'ness , 21 Dec 2008Dido gives a good performance and the sound quality is good. I found the video coverage a bit annoying, poor camera positions (much of the time Dido's face was obscured by her hands on the mic). Stage lighting is OK if you are in the audience but on TV it can make it difficult to see. Worst of all they added a soft focus effect which looked awful on my big plasma TV.
BrilliantBy secret1980 (105 reviews) from Leeds , 17 Feb 2007I once saw Dido at Heathrow Airport and she is the most naturally beautiful woman I have ever seen. This added with a beautiful voice and some very personal songs to her makes this a great music DVD. The people who saw her live defently got a great experience!
Great stuffBy Richard McGrenera from Glasgow , 15 Aug 2006Takes a little while to pick up but a great show from a brilliant singer/songwriter.
How Did Dido Do?By BTW (17 reviews) from London , 28 Jul 2006If you are a Dido fan you will love this, all her greatest hits from her first two album in a no thrills Live Concert at the Brixton Academy. If you are not a Dido fan (then why did you want it anyway?) then there are no great special effects, lighting etc to wow you, but you will realise she has a strong east london accent!
