Really Bad!By Vic222 from Hertfordshire , 01 Oct 2004
[Highly rated reviewer]Not only is Patsy Palmer really annoying and unfit but the instructors routines aren't even in time with the music. As an aerobics teacher myself I was shocked at this.
If you're looking for a dance workout try Lucy Benjamin's dancercise as she works with Fitzroy Gaynes who is really good!

Awful!By a customer from London, England , 04 Nov 2007I have used many exercise DVDs and was very disappointed with this one.
Could we at least have some shots of the footwork please so I now where I'm going?! I think with practice you could pick up the moves but why make it hard for yourself when you could get a much more user friendly video that shows you the moves clearly...and not just the top half of Patsy and her trainer.
Quite fun, suitable for beginnersBy a customer from England , 01 Nov 2006This is a good workout for beginners or those of average fitness who want a fun cardio workout. You'll need a couple of gos to get the hang of the moves, but once you've got them down you can put a bit more effort into your movement and burn more calories.
It's good for beginners I think. It will burn some calories, but it won't challenge your muscles. For the more advanced, I don't think you'd achieve significant results with this dvd, it's more for a bit of fun - you'd be better with something a bit more challenging, like Nell McAndrew or David Kirsch.
what???By karen from north east , 09 Jun 2006Were the other people watching a different dvd. Ok I'll give you it has some refreshing moves, and its good to do, once you've mastered the moves yourself. Its just a pity they havent. They mess up in almost every routine. they've obviously left them in to make it natural, but I'd much rather have a professionslly finished routine. If I'd paid for a class with this girl I'd feel cheated. The cool down section has no speaking whatsoever, so unless you've had experience with previous dvd's be careful about how far and what you stretch out. In fact half the time it doesn't even look at them. I do think maybe its worth a watch, but only so you can learn the routines by heart, because watching it you just want to pull your hair out. Very unprofessional and off putting if you're really interested in just getting on and getting fit.
Very goodBy a customer from The Midlands , 26 Feb 2006I enjoyed this - it's a bit predictable but the music is good and there are a variety of different exercises. I certainly felt as though I'd worked out! One of the better 'celeb' workout DVDs I think.
too hard!By a customer from Glasgow , 08 Feb 2006this was a good workout but for fit persons, a bit hard and quite boring after a while.
