Tae - Bo - For Beginners and Learners and good start
Best workout ever I used to do karate 4 years before and i have been to the gyms for a few years. The speciality about Tae-Bo workout is that it gets you into right shape. What i mean by right shape is every part of your body look as its supposed to look. Shoulders, Biceps, Abdomen and Legs. Its a complete workout.
However much you exercise with or without equipments If you don't do it right you will never get the shape you desire. You can spend all day in gym and still end up having a huge unshaped body. The best thing about Tae-Bo is that it gets you into best shape without the need for any dumbell, barbell or other costly gym equipments.
The only down side to Tae-Bo workout is that it requires you to be a little flexible. If you are new to any sort of regular exercise you might struggle a bit but then you have Tae-Bo [Gold] just for that. Everything in Tae-Bo [Gold] is in slow motion so you can learn the art first before you practise Tae-Bo Energise or Tae-Bo GetRipped my favourites.
Also you get better as you practise more.
