[Highly rated reviewer]A fairly good yoga dvd but not one of my favourites, I do find the instructor has an awful voice to listen to, but the yoga itself is very good.
A bit irresponsible?By KarmaPrincess (6 reviews) from Reading , 29 Mar 2009Marlon Braccia introduces an interesting and useful choice of postures for each theme. The picture and sound quality are not good but you can see clearly enough what she is doing.
BUT she demonstrates some rather advanced moves, or moves from basic postures into challenging variations without much guidance. Anyone without a good range of flexibility will find themsolves encouraged into these advanced bends rather than being encouraged to stay at the basic versions. Even the basic versions may need some modification through blocks and towels for anyone not overly bendy. So if you are not flexible, particularly in the low back or hamstrings, don't follow her lead too far or you may hurt your back.
