Frederick Forsyth's bestselling thrillers, rather surprisingly, haven't — with the honourable exception of The Day of the Jackal — enjoyed the same success on the screen. But this made-for-TV action drama, based on an original storyline by Forsyth, marks a new low. Antonio Sabato Jr is the former Navy SEAL who has to dust off his old combat training when his wife and son are kidnapped by drug-dealers after inadvertently picking up the wrong luggage. The setting is Italy but the direction, writing and performances are sadly far from exotic.
