Brief synopsis of Lucky Chances 2

Based on the novels "Chances" and "Lucky" by Jackie Collins, this miniseries features the rise of Gino Santangelo in the Las Vegas casino industry...

After the brutal murder of her mother, the wild teenage Lucky Santangelo is packed off to an elite Swiss finishing school by her heavy-handed father Gino. Frustrated by her over-protective father, the self-destructive Lucky soon skips school to go thrill-seeking in Europe's glittering hot spots.

The exasperated Gino is not to be denied however and Lucky is married off to a powerful Senator's son in an effort to break her wild spirit. But Lucky, the mirror-image of her father, is never afraid to take chances to get what she wants in a male-dominated world. However, the burning ambition to win her father's love by taking over his empire when he is forced to flee the country may spell doom for them both...

Rated - 3 starsOK but disappointing

This is a continuation of Volume 1, probably made at the same time. Volume 1 was fairly interesting but Volume 2 is not as good and the story becomes long and drawn out. If you keep watching to the end, ..., but I won't spoil the ending.
